Mattress Folks is different. We are a local, family-owned business who truly cares. We want you to love your mattress. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. We're not a big-box store — we do this the personal way.

We don't handle exchanges over email or text. Every situation is different — we want to talk with you personally and find the right solution.


30-Day Comfort Exchange

You have 30 days from purchase to reach out. We offer Comfort Exchanges or Store Credit.

We do not offer refunds of any kind. Only Store Credit (within our guidelines and with prior approval) or pre-approved Comfort Exchanges.

Our Personalized Approach

Most customers find the best fix by coming back to the showroom. Your body will tell you more clearly what feels right when you try different mattresses side-by-side. We'll be right there with you — guiding, adjusting, and making sure you leave happy.

"We've Got Your Back!" means we'll work with you one-on-one until you love what you sleep on.


What Qualifies for a Comfort Exchange or Store Credit

To be eligible, your mattress must meet all of the following:

  • Mattress is in clean, undamaged condition
  • Mattress was used with a mattress protector
  • You have proof of purchase
Important: We cannot accept anything that has been "humanized" in any way — this includes pets, smoke, odors, or stains of any kind.

We're reasonable people. If there's an issue, just call us.

How It Works

1 - Call us at 864-777-0063
2 - We'll walk you through your options — Comfort Exchange or Store Credit
3 - If a return for Store Credit is approved, we'll schedule a pickup or drop-off. We'll provide a free mattress bag — the mattress must be returned undamaged from transport.

Please do not send anything back without calling first for approval — we won't be able to accept unapproved returns.

Damage or Wrong Item

Please inspect your mattress when it arrives. If there's damage, a defect, or it's the wrong item, call us right away at 864-777-0063 so we can fix it fast.


Comfort Exchanges

Most customers choose a Comfort Exchange instead of a return for Store Credit. Sometimes it just takes a different feel to get it right — and we'll guide you to the perfect fit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit of any kind:

  • Clearance or Final Sale items — All Sales Final, No Refunds
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Adjustable Power Bases, Platform Beds, Bed Frames, Box Springs & Foundations
  • Pillows, Sheets, Mattress Protectors, and all other accessories
Only a mattress can potentially qualify (with pre-approval) for a Comfort Exchange or Return for Store Credit. All other items are sold as-is.
