Where to begin, because I'm speechless. They have such an amazing amount of merchandise in house. They really listen to you and help you get what works for you and your needs. Robert was very knowledgeable and took his time making sure I got the perfect mattress and adjustable base.

It wasn't no 10k like the box stores. It was a quarter of that. I am very pleased with these folks. Families buying from families and I felt like I was a part of this family owned outfit. Here's a picture just set up. I literally went in today picked it out and they delivered and installed same day. One work "Amazing" and God Bless you all.
Robert was such a great help! He was patient and didn't rush me. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me find the perfect mattress. I paid a fraction of what the mattress cost online! 10/10 recommend!
Thought they were closed, thankful they hadn’t. We have an amazing furniture store we deal with but when it comes to a mattress need I’m thankful for these guys. We got a name brand mattress for about 75% off the list price. You go in, tell your need, they help you find the perfect set with hundreds if not a thousand or so mattress choices.

We had an excellent experience. Robert & Zach were great very knowledgeable pulled out several different style mattresses we had read about. We purchased and were lucky enough to receive same day delivery. A must if you're looking for good reasonably priced mattresses with good service.
This is the place to go to get a matress both for quality and price! This family business is the definition of fair pricing. They are very nice! We went to go get our kid's matress and didn't have to fork up a whole pay check. We'll definitely be coming back for any of our matress needs.
We needed a mattress desperately and I saw Mattress Folks randomly on Facebook. I sent a message and Robert answered me back right away. He answered my questions, so politely. We could not beat the price and went the next morning and brought home exactly what we needed. 👍👍

From Easley to Mauldin, it was worth the trip. I wanted a quality adjustable bed and I found it at Mattress Folks at a price less than the manufacturer's website. Robert took his time with me while showing me different brands and features. His delivery guys were so friendly and before they left showed me the features and made sure everything was working.

After reading all of the positive reviews I called and talked to a nice guy named Robert. He told me that he would have a new load of mattresses and adjustable bases coming in a few days. He was sure that there would be some in the shipment that would fit what we were looking for. Well Robert was right, he did have what we were looking for at a very good price. He even delivered to Jonesville, in Union County which is approximately 1.5 hours away. His delivery team was prompt and professional. This was well worth the trip from Jonesville. Thanks Robert!

Robert’s knowledge of sleep habits and what it takes to achieve truly restful sleep made the entire experience even better.
They even delivered our bed on a Sunday afternoon, and when I decided I wanted to upgrade to a more plush mattress, Robert came back the very same day to exchange them for us! The level of customer service was absolutely impeccable.

Woke up needing a new mattress this morning, and by the end of the afternoon, it was delivered and set up in my home. They also took the old one away. I highly recommend this place—the mattresses are top-notch and very reasonably priced. The service is excellent; they go out of their way to find the perfect mattress for you, and they don’t just try to sell you the most expensive one—they aim to find the ideal mattress for your needs. Talk about first class service, Robert was fantastic. I called for a king size box spring and he was fantastic, gave me a great price and to add more perfection he delivered it within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Robert and Mattress Folks. It's hard to find customer service like this.

…whopping 30 days, there's plenty of overpriced retailers on every corner that are selling that...this place is the antithesis of that, and the clear winner in every respect, highly recommend!

Being a former corporate/local Chick-fil-A guy, the bar has been set pretty sky high in regard to customer service. That said, when I do come across a cool experience, I have to shout it out! We quickly realized we knew nothing about mattresses and the importance of elevation for rest/snoring, etc. He even let us keep the pillows we used during our demo, and they weren’t dollar store pillows either! I legit did not expect to “enjoy” a mattress store, but we had a blast!! I let him know I’d let all my local friends know about him, so they can go get educated! He truly is passionate about his craft. He told me if my friends whisper “Kent sent us!” that he’ll let you keep the pillows too! They are comfy! 😂 🙌🏼 Go see him!!!

I went here to replace my king size mattress and was sold on the adjustable setup. Now I can raise my feet and head while in bed.

This review is long overdue. We bought a couple mattresses and sleepwell adjustable bed frames a couple years ago from the Mattress Folks. We had an issue with one mattress and just recently an issue with the power supply on one of the adjustable bed frames. In both instances the customer service and support we received was wonderful.

I had trouble with an adjustable bed we bought 9 years ago from another company who is no longer in business and thought I would need to replace one half of it. Called Colleen and she walked me through what was wrong with it and ended up coming out and was able to fix it right away!!! Wish I would have called her much sooner. Great, and friendly service, would highly recommend.

In January we bought a split king adjustable bed from the mattress folks after visiting several other big chain mattress stores. We were hesitant about buying from them because it seemed too good to be true and Robert and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

I came in about 3 months ago to try out a few mattresses. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. After trying everything in the showroom and several in the warehouse, I found one I liked and bought it with a new frame. It was delivered to my house a couple of days later but the wrong frame was delivered and before I realized it, the guys assembled it and had already left.

I called back the store and even though they had a lot of appointments that day, they were able to make it back out to my house same day to assemble the correct frame. Once I tried the bed I noticed it was a bit more plush than what I remembered at the store. About two months later, I couldn’t ignore the pain in my back and legs any longer and decided to go back to the store to see what could be done. The same lady helped me and after explaining everything to her, she helped me find the perfect mattress. They delivered it the next day at no charge and I couldn’t be happier. The mattress is exceptional and no more pain. All this to say, Mattress Folks went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and I will not be shopping anywhere else!
Got a great deal on a mattress and kept our money in our city. My son loves his mattress and it was much cheaper then anywhere else we went. The person working there was nice and very helpful.

Wellford Delivery for FREE! This place is absolutely fantastic. The owners are great! We were welcomed in and showed around with personalized care. Even our rugrats were welcomed to explore. We ended up leaving with a split king adjustable bed and 3 new twin mattresses for the kids at a great price.

Quick easy delivery and although we had a small hiccup in delivery it was corrected without issue and quickly. Will buy from here again and hope you do too. Also, they have an awesome warranty.

A great experience here. The owners truly go out of their way to make sure you find the best mattress. We had an issue with delivery (not their fault) and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They also stand by their guarantee and we were able to exchange our slightly too-firm mattress after a few nights.

After two months I realized my side was a little too firm I called them and they had no problem whatsoever getting it changed to something to fit my need. We drove all the way here from Bessemer City NC. Well worth the drive. The people stayed open later for us so we could make the trip. We have been looking and calling everywhere's for a California King split adjustable base for a couple weeks. Once we got a hold of them things moved fast!

They didn't just have exactly what we were looking for but the prices were awesome and had what we wanted in stock! They have a warehouse full of bases righttright behind there store. I definitely recommend you checking them out first if your shopping for beds or bases. So glad we found this place.

The ladies and mattress folks are wonderful!! They spend two hours with my grandparents making sure they were completely satisfied with the mattress they chose! Super helpful in knowledge and super patient! We went out today to look for a twin mattress and 2 box springs and decided to pop in here before going to Mattress Firm. I’m glad we did. We got a twin icomfort and the two box springs for less than the cost of only the mattress at the other place. Also, the delivery was free.

We bought the mattress at 3pm today. It was upstairs and ready to go by 6. They also threw in two pillows and a mattress protector. I highly recommend going here before anywhere else!

And he gave us a deal that we simply could not refuse. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were even willing to deliver that Sunday night if we couldn't transport ourselves, which we were. They made the process so much easier than everywhere else. I heard about this place through Facebook and corresponded with them for a couple of weeks. It was well worth the drive from Glenville NC to get a great bed from great people! They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. And the delivery and set up was a pleasant experience as well! If you want a nice bed at a great price give Robert a call!

We tried out various mattresses and ended up getting TWO of the very first one thst we tried with an adjustable base. Their delivery turn around is SUPER fast. We were not completely satisfied with our decision and they have gone out of their way to make things right for us. The customer service experience here is better than any that I have ever done business with. Every single person that we have dealt with when we have gone into the store; Colleen, Robert, Sarah and Jackson have all been very kind and wonderfully helpful. Look no further if you are in need of a mattress...you will find just what you are looking for at an amazing price...and if they do not have it in stock, they will find what you want. Not the "typical" mattress store with the pushy salesman (thank goodness)! They're locally owned and family run! Had a great experience, bought a better mattress than I had planned on buying because of the great deal! Highly recommend!

Do not come in to this place and expect to go through the stressful, unnecessary process of buying a mattress as if you were buying a car from a used lot. Here they will treat you like family.
The owners were very helpful with assisting me on purchasing a mattress. The day that I was moving into my new apartment, my mattress got damaged while sitting in my storage. So I was freaking out because I didn’t have a lot of money to purchase another mattress.

My brother in-law informed me about this place and he was bragging about the price that he purchased his mattress for. I gave them a call and told them my situation. Got there, I was able to purchase a mattress with a well over affordable price and they were able to deliver the mattress to my apartment. This is a owner run and operated business. No pushy sales here. We just bought an adjustable matress here and have had the best sleep then we have had in ages.

At times I could hardly drive my car the hip pain was so bad. I walked the floor at night. We tried memory foam, softer mattresses, firm mattresses, boards under my side of bed, nothing was helping and I was becoming desperate.
I had a panniculectomy with extended abdominoplasty 23 days ago. Doctor told me I would live in my recliner for the next month or so. My head and legs needed to be elevated. During this time I noticed back pain disappeared. Three times I tried sleeping in our bed only to wake after a couple of hours with excruciating back and hip pain.This had me researching, which brought me to adjustable beds. More research brought me to Mattress Folks.
Very nice experience. We walked in, was greeted so nicely. I explained exactly what we needed, my issues, and that we could not pay $5000 for a bed. We were shown immediately to an adjustable king size bed with a firmer mattress, it felt like heaven. We were then shown two other beds, one a little cheaper and the next model up. We were happy with our first test drive.
We settled the transaction and it was delivered same day!! Wow I really wasn't expecting that. They two gentlemen that delivered our bed was very professional and extremely nice. We had the bed by 6 pm.
This was a great experience. It's an investment but at this point I feel this is the route to go to alleviate my pain. The cost was a fraction of what you will pay at a big box store. We purchased a Serta iComfort Hybrid Blue Fusion Firm tight top king. Oh and we did not break the bank, which is always good.
I highly recommend Mattress Folks. We will be sharing with family and friends. They are a family owned small business. We LOVE family owned small businesses because we have our own small business.
These folks are, in a word, awesome. We had shopped around at several places for our new mattress and Mattress Folks were, hands down, the best people to work with. They have an awesome selection, easy no interest financing and a fast, quality delivery service.

We ended up purchasing mattresses and the adjustable bed frames. After a couple of nights we realized we had not made the best mattress choice for our sleep comfort. They gladly let us come try out every mattress they had on display and allowed us to spend time on each one to ensure comfort. We exchanged our mattresses that day. They also helped us out with pricing since the second mattress we picked was a more expensive option. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a mattress. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish!
I've got a bad back and having the right mattress is a big deal. We went from memory foam to a hybrid and that didn't work. They kept the promise and let us try something else. You won't find a better mattress store or a better deal. Thank you both!

This is truly a hidden gem. We went from store to store looking for the perfect mattress. Everything that we wanted was so expensive. We don't have expensive taste but my family knows the importance of good sleep. We found this place and it was exactly what we were needing.

It's a family owned and operated business. They are so friendly. You can try out any bed there without feeling like you are a burden. The price of our bed was more than half off the original price of everything. I'm still baffled on how much we saved. The next thing that was a killer at every store we went to was the delivery fee. The cheapest we found was $135. But Mattress Folks charged us $25! It's legit. The delivery guys were nice and knowledgeable. The best part, they are quick. Don't go here for a good deal. You go for a great deal and the best experience. I will recommend this to any and everyone.

Spoke and text with Robert. Went to the Mauldin store from what some people at work have told me. The people were awesome. Was looking at 2 full mattresses for the kids and ended up getting the 2 plus a new king for me and my wife. Worked out a price quick and to the point and he even kept dropping the price. I I got a full size adjustable bed but he also threw in free pillows and a pillow top bed cover. You can't beat that with free shipping. Another thing I like to add the owner goes above and beyond to make his customers happy I love that in him. I would also be a lifelong customer he made me feel like family soon as I walked in the door because off his outstanding personality and they're very knowledgeable of their products.
Unbelievable buying experience from the time we walked in the door we were treated like family. They not only had quality merchandise, but their knowledge on the products were amazing. Robert and his wife are amazing. We went in looking to buy just one mattress and the prices were so good we ended up buying 2.

We came in looking to try out some different mattresses to find out what kind we like. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They pulled down 3 different king size mattresses from their warehouse and ended up giving us a deal on the one we wanted. Definitely willing to work with you in order to get the mattress you want. It's been over 9 months since we've slept in our bed due to the pain and lack of comfort, so we figured it was about time to bite the bullet and make another mattress purchase. We did some research and asked around for recommendations. Mattress Folks kept coming up as the place to go, so we thought we'd give it a try. All I can say is ...WOW! Awesome customer service from even before we stepped inside the showroom. We were greeted in the parking lot with a smile and it just got better and better from there. They helped us test several mattresses and adjustable bases until we found the right match for our budget and comfort. The price was amazingly affordable..far less than we expected to pay, which was a much welcomed surprise. We are very excited about our purchase and will definitely be sending all of our friends and family over to Mattress Folks for their future bedding purchases.

It's much harder to give excellent service when there's no purchase involved, but they even followed us home to do the exchange right away. I'm telling you, this is the type of customer-oriented company that is hard to come by these days.
These guys are awesome. Thier customer service is top notch, and will help you find a solution for your needs. Can't say enough about thier service. Awesome folks. I ended up going a different route for my bed solution but only bc I went a way different route in type of bed. But if I was looking for a quality name brand bed at great price with good local service. These are your folks.

They delivered the same day and set it all up. One of the adjustable bases was not working properly & Robert replaced it with a new one the next day after I called. If you need a new bed give this company a chance they will amaze you with their customer service & also save you 30-40% compared to the chain stores.
I can't say enough good things about our experience today. They dragged a couple mattresses in for me to test for my son's new bed that they had just received. Highly affordable, excellent quality mattress. Even delivered it within a couple hours!!!! Highly recommend!

I needed to buy an adjustable bed in preparation for a major surgery and recovery period. Colleen was so helpful as I explained my different criteria including needing a "lower" bed to help my short legs get in and out easily. She made sure I knew that they would work with me if for any reason the bed I chose didn't meet my needs. I feel like a made a new friend in addition to a well informed decision. I should add that I also visited a well known high end bed store. Their beds were nice and had some extra bells and whistles but nothing sustentative to justify an extra $3200 dollars. Also, I needed the bed quickly to prepare for the surgery and they were able to deliver within 4 working days, the expensive bed place couldn't guarantee less than a month.
